These terms govern access to and use of ClimaMatch, a matching platform between homeowners / businesses and air conditioning installers. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
ClimaMatch lets you:
• Describe an AC project, get an indicative estimate, and send a request to installers.
• Browse a directory of professionals by département.
• Create an installer account and unlock one or more départements for priority leads.
ClimaMatch is a technical intermediary. We do not perform installations and are not a party to contracts between customers and installers.
Displayed ranges are indicative. They rely on declared inputs (surface, system type, options, and so on) and are not a binding quote or firm offer. Final price, sizing, and feasibility are confirmed by the installer after technical review and, where needed, a site visit.
You agree to provide accurate information, use the service in good faith, and not submit fraudulent, abusive, or automated requests. You remain free to choose an installer and to enter into (or decline) a contract with them.
By creating an account or unlocking a territory, you represent that you lawfully operate your business and hold required insurance and qualifications. You agree to handle leads professionally, within reasonable timeframes, and to comply with applicable law (including prospect data protection). Département unlocks may be exclusive or limited depending on the offer at purchase time.
Territory unlocks are paid according to prices shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once access is activated. We may suspend access for failed payment or fraud. Payment features (Stripe or otherwise) may evolve.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClimaMatch is not liable for: the quality of work performed by installers; disputes between customers and installers; errors or omissions in the directory (public or provided information); temporary service unavailability; or indirect damages. If liability is established, our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months for the relevant service.
The site, ClimaMatch brand, content, mapping, and related software remain ours or our licensors'. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service as intended. Mass extraction of the directory without written consent is prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious breaches of these terms, abuse, fraud, or risks to service or user security.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
We may amend these terms. The version published on the site when you use the service applies. For material changes affecting subscribed installers, we may notify by email or via the dashboard.
